I predominately use and teach tools of mindfulness to address conflicts and personal issues.
I believe in an inner wisdom, where all solutions and potentials lie and where there is an inherent ability to heal emotionally and physically.
Calming and quieting the mind/body, changing limiting thoughts, and intentionally directing consciousness, allows access to this inner world of health and well-being.
Life transitions and adjustments
I work with individual adults and older adolescents.
I am available for in person as well as phone and skype session.
I do not take insurance.
